If you like chocolate and are fond of bananas, then this recipe will have you firing up the BBQ every chance you have!
BBQ for Chocoholics
Bananas (1 for each diner) with the skins still on
1. Run a sharp knife length-wise along each banana, creating a long slit.
2. Tuck small pieces of chocolate inside the opening.
3. Cook on BBQ until banana skin has blackened and the chocolate has melted.
4. Serve with spoons.
The taste is amazing… like thick chocolate banana mousse.
